Upon full payment for custom development work, you will own the final deliverable. However, we retain rights to any pre-existing code, frameworks, or tools used in development.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project agreements. Generally:

  • Payments are due in CAD (C$)
  • A deposit may be required before work commences
  • Final payment is due upon project completion
  • Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Project Delivery

We will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed-upon timelines. However, delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Client-requested changes or delays in providing necessary materials
  • Third-party service disruptions
  • Force majeure events

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We provide our services "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your requirements.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in Canada, Urban Taisor Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
